Our mission as the Body of Christ in the parish of St. Jean Vianney is to model the love of Jesus by discerning and doing God's will, consciously Sharing the Word and Eucharist at worship, educating in faith all ages, evangelizing our parishioners for Christ's mission, and serving justly God's people, our sisters and brothers within our parish boundaries, our larger Baton Rouge community, and into the world.

Want to build a stronger Catholic family?

Have you ever wondered what today’s youth thinks about faith? Strong Catholic Families, Strong Catholic Youth is a program offered through the Diocese to help families understand the nature of faith in the family unit. It asks some pertinent questions, reveals some sobering statistics, and challenges us as parents and educators to look at how we pass on the faith.

St. Jean Vianney is offering two chances to join us in exploring this program in an engaging and interactive presentation on Sunday, April 22 following the 5:30 Mass in the parish hall.

Registration for Current Students in our Program began Feb. 6.

Current students must send in the Registration form and fees for the 2012-13 school year in order to be placed on the enrollment.

We will begin accepting NEW STUDENTS Mon. February 13 - So send in your registration today to hold your spot!
